I went in looking for a fire arm to carry and was torn between two. Bruce V was great at helping me decide what would work best for me. He explained the difference in all the ammo and what holster he thinks would fit me better. I was placed on hold for a day, and he explained why that happens. He gave me a call as soon as it was approved and I went and picked it up without any hiccups. Everything with him was smooth and easy. I left feeling happy with my purchase and will definitely be back when I'm ready for another one because of the help I received. Thank you Bruce!

I went to Coastal this past Saturday and got some of the best customer service I’ve had anywhere in a very, very long time. Hector was helping us out with smokers and was very knowledgeable and helpful. We are newer to Coastal and have been sold on their amazing customer service and what they keep on hand and in stock.

Clean, well stocked store. Like their name says they cater to the farm and ranch crowd. They've got a 5 lb Tomcat brand 3-way bait that voles really like. Hard to apply without a Wilco snake applicator to holes and cover with sand to monitor further activity holes. They have a variety of back pack pest sprayers.

Purchased a gun here, was helped by Caleb in the Salem Or, location, he was great! Called before hand to discuss details and inventory, came in person and he was very detailed and helpful to call other stores to see if they had what I wanted. Customer service was a 10/10! Will be back! Thank you.

Really enjoyed going to this shop. The layout was spacious and uncluttered. Definitely a must go if you are ranching or farming and even if you are going camping or somewhere in nature. Staff was helpful and they carried a large selection of equipment and clothing.
